RETURNS
If you want to return an item, please let us know at byjessdorothy@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your online store order, providing your reasons for the return and/or exchange requirements.
RETURNS POLICY
Local orders:
• Valid returns will be free of charge.
• All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale. We are unable to accept returns of used, laundered or customer damaged goods. Items such as bodysuits, lingerie, and face masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Returns must arrive back to us within 14 days of the original delivery date for a refund. Returns exceeding 14 days will be automatically processed for an online credit, or they will be returned back to you if the items do not meet our returns criteria.
• All items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt & will only be processed if our returns standards are met. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
International orders:
Kindly note that any shipping fees due for international returns or exchanges will be for the customers account.
FULL-PRICED ITEMS
We will happily offer you the option to exchange full-priced items that do not fit correctly. You may swap them for the right size, colour or style, or we can issue a credit note (valid for 3 months). If we receive your returned item within 14 days of your original order delivery date, you may request a refund (excluding shipping).
PROMO CODES AND DISCOUNT OFFERS
No refunds will be given on purchases made with a promotional code or discount offer. Items that do not fit correctly can be exchanged for the right size if available, or an online credit (valid for 3 months).
SALE AND CHARITY EDITIONS
No refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be given on any sale items, or items which include a charitable donation.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
1. Please email byjessdorothy@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to include your original order number, reason for return, collection address and contact number, and any exchange requests. Return approval must be arranged via email before your item will be collected.
2. Once your return has been approved, send your item/s back using a traceable shipping method. Please ensure we receive your order within 14 days of delivery. No refunds will be issued past this time-frame.
3. Your exchange / credit / refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive your return. We may not notify you when we receive your return, but will let you know once your return has been processed.
